In our work together, I help you go inward – slow down, discern and trust the sound of your own voice, understand who you are and build a vision for who you want to be, so that your own inner wisdom guides you in times of change and ambiguity.
I also help you go outward – observe and make sense of what’s going on in your world, intentionally consult others, try on potential ideas through action, and integrate new knowledge so that you can experiment your way to personal and professional choices that reflect who you really are, not who you’ve been told you should or have to be.

I find joy in working with people from diverse backgrounds. My clients span a variety of ages and come from all sectors, backgrounds and walks of life including – education, government, business, non profit, technology, & finance. Given my personal background and professional expertise, I have a particular interest in supporting women and people of color.
Whether my clients are executives leading organizational change, new managers learning to lead people for the first time, or individuals seeking greater purpose & sustainability, all of them look for a non judgmental place to slow down and get present to who they are and what they want to create in their careers, relationships, & leadership. They look for tools to support them in taking action and making decisions that feel concrete and right sized. And that’s how I support them!
My style involves the head, heart, & gut, is interdisciplinary and draws inspiration from a variety of sources including: psychology, organizational development, design thinking, mindfulness, art, & improvisation. Through dialogue, learning exercises, and experiments, we uncover and discover who you are, who your environment & context calls you to be, what you want and how you can align your mindsets & actions so that you can feel purposeful and effective. Who am I? My clients seek to understand their strengths, values patterns, needs, nature, & aspirations and want to think critically about the role various elements of their identity (i.e. race, class, gender, sexuality, etc.) play in how they show up in the world. They aspire to know who they really are beyond who they’ve been told they have to, should, or must be. They want support in coming to know, trust & honor themselves.
