Executive & Leadership Coaching

One-on-one leadership coaching for those ready to navigate differently.

The Case for Coaching Differently

Most executive coaching asks you to perform better within the system you're already in — sharper goals, stronger presence, faster decisions. It's the “speedboat approach:” more horsepower, straighter line.

We start somewhere different.

View of a sailboat's white sail against a clear blue sky, with the sail showing some markings and rigging supporting the mast.

Wayfinding coaching develops leaders who can read the water — who can hold complexity without collapsing it, stay grounded when the weather shifts, and move wisely through uncertainty rather than powering past it.

The work is rigorous and practical. It's also deep. Because the leaders who navigate best aren't just more skilled — they're more whole.

The capacities we develop - together.

Reading the Stars: What becomes possible when you lead from a place you actually trust?

Staying the Boat: How do you sustain yourself (and others) for the length of the journey?

Feeling the Current: What are you noticing - and what are you missing?

Holding the Whole: What becomes visible when you stop looking for the single right answer?

Finding the Through-Line: What story makes sense of what's happening - and what story might be getting in the way?

Sailing with Others:What becomes possible when the whole crew is navigating together?

Catching the Wind:What demands your attention right now — and what are you holding on the horizon?

Who This Is For

This work resonates most with leaders who are:

  • Navigating complexity that can't be solved with a better strategy alone

  • Holding significant responsibility — and feeling the weight of it

  • Drawn to depth, not shortcuts — willing to sit with hard questions rather than reach for easy answers

  • Values-driven to the point where misalignment actually costs them something

  • Ready to lead from their full, integrated selves — intellect and intuition, rigor and soul

You might be an executive seeking a leadership coach, a founder, an organizational leader, or someone stepping into a role that demands more of you than your training prepared you for.

My work with Alice has truly been a gift. She has a unique capacity to both affirm and challenge in equal measure. Through peeling back the layers, she has helped me stand more squarely as the person and leader that I authentically want to be.”

— Rob, Founder & Father

Working with Alice helped me integrate aspects of leadership I had been taught to suppress—my intuition, my emotions, my lived experience as a woman of color. By reconnecting with my inner wisdom, I've become a more effective and authentic leader, taking risks and leading collaborative change, while staying true to myself.”

— Victoria, Founder & CEO

How It Works

  • Cadence — Sessions every two weeks, typically via Zoom or phone

  • Duration — A minimum of six months. Many partnerships continue for a year or longer. This is deep work, not a quick fix.

  • Diagnostics — Engagements often begin with assessments, 360 feedback, or other diagnostic tools to ground the work in real data

  • Beyond the session — Depending on your context, coaching can include site visits, team observations, and real-time support alongside the one-on-one work

The result is rarely a straight line. It's something better: a practice of navigation that supports you no matter where the winds take you.

Every executive coaching partnership begins with alignment…

We have a discovery conversation to understand what you're navigating, what you're reaching for, and whether this is the right fit.

From there, we shape the scope together. No two engagements look the same, but here's the general form:

A Note on Personal Development Coaching

Looking for coaching that's less about your professional role and more about who you're becoming as a person?

That work lives at The Unlearning Studio, Alice's practice for individuals at personal inflection points, exploring identity, creativity, and reclamation.
